This series consists of fragments of the treasurer's record of executions turned over to the sheriff for collection of delinquent taxes. Information generally includes the name of the taxpayer; number of the execution; date of payment; number of acres, lots, buildings; value of real and personal property; total value of all taxable property; total taxes; total taxes and penalties; executions paid and collected; nulla bona executions; and treasurer's and sheriff's costs. This information is generally summarized in the Annual Report of the State Comptroller General.
